Less stress, less mom guilt and more living in the present & happiness

More about me

My name is Michelle,

I am a burnout recovery coach just for Moms. I LOVE helping moms, ditch burnout and mom guilt and start living their lives filled with energy and less overwhelm.

Michelle has been seen in The Sunday Times Newspaper, The Great Equalizer Podcast and The Parentinghub website.

How did this all get started?

I love helping people, even from an early age, I knew I wanted to make a difference in people’s lives. I knew that i wanted to help women specifically love themselves more and feel great in their own skin.

I studied Health and Wellness after school. After putting in many hours of hard work I started climbing the industry ladder. While I loved learning about business, ROI and profits, I couldn’t shake the fact that something was missing. I missed working with clients, I missed their stories and connecting with them.

How to adapt.

In 2013 we suffered a family tragedy. It caught us all off guard and forced me to rethink what life was about. I needed to rethink what was important and what I wanted out of life.

It was clear that I wanted to become a mother. Nothing felt as important or real to me than starting a family. This also lead to some discussions with my husband about what kind of mom I wanted to be and how my career fit into all of this.

At 29, I took a leap of faith and quit my job. I completed my coaching certification and fell pregnant shortly after that. Today, I am lucky to say that I have my dream job helping moms.

A little bit more about me …..I am mom to Olivia and Hayden , as well as wife to my beloved Rog.

I love cooking and baking. An ideal day for me would be spent at the pool with a glass of bubbly or checking out a local food market with friends and family.

I had the most amazing experience working with Michelle. She brought back my confidence. Gave me the push I needed to get out of my comfort zone.
